OTID began in 2021 with student nights in Treforest and Pontypridd. Five years and more than 20,000 people later, it is an award winning company producing national programmes, headline shows and campaigns.
The name stands for Our Turn Up Is Different. It means the same care for a community family day as for a headline show, artists paid properly, and impact we can prove. Our community work runs through Afrowales.
Osamagbe’s portrait: PRS Foundation. osamagbeizevbigie.com
Three directors covering vision, operations and creative, so every festival, campaign and artist gets the same senior attention from the first call to the final report.

Born in Lagos, where he started out in live sound and lighting, Osama built OTID from student nights in Treforest into a company producing national programmes, headline shows and campaigns from Cardiff to London and Marrakech. He shapes the vision, the partnerships and the funding behind every project.

A civil engineer and project manager, Femi brings infrastructure discipline to live events. He studied civil engineering at the University of South Wales, worked with Derwent London and Starling Bank, and has managed projects for Rhondda Cynon Taf Council since 2023. At OTID he runs operations, suppliers, site plans and health and safety, and was production and stage manager for CydSeinio Cymru ’26.

Gloria pairs an artist’s eye with a project manager’s discipline. Raised in southern Nigeria and educated at Cardiff Metropolitan University, she brings public service experience, including the Department for Work and Pensions, and years supporting people across housing, safeguarding and wellbeing. She leads creative direction, artist care and content at OTID, and her Home and Belonging paintings front the Afrowales campaign on homelessness.
Backed by more than twenty freelance specialists in Cardiff, London and Bristol: camera operators, designers, stage crew, hosts and DJs.
